Exclusively reconfigured for cruising the rivers of France, Scenic Diamond & Sapphire afford guests the utmost in luxury, comfort and refinement on these charming and serene passageways.

These sister vessels boast all of the luxury features you’ve come to expect from Scenic, as well as a handful of new and innovative features. From the all-weather vitality pool and updated wellness area, to the bespoke Scenic Culinaire cooking suite, guests can enjoy a raft of extravagant features when cruising aboard any of these three revolutionary river cruise vessels.

On top of all-new facilities and amenities, Scenic Diamond & Sapphire will emerge from dry-dock boasting the very finest luxury suites in France — each perfectly appointed to afford you a truly luxurious stay. One of the highlights of these updated ships is the Royal Owner’s suites, 47 square metres of sheer luxury located at the rear of the ships, affording panoramic views of the water beyond.

Accommodation

Step into your suite and enjoy a spacious and peaceful haven complete with lavish touches throughout; exquisite L’Occitane toiletries and soft, luxurious bathrobes. The superior queen-size Scenic ‘Slumber Beds’ with fresh, crisp Egyptian cotton linen are a dream, while individual climate control and a pillow menu offer absolute comfort. Your suite or stateroom includes a flat-screen HDTV and Mac mini system, plus complimentary mini-bar and WiFi internet access. There’s also a personal safe for your valuables and a nightly turndown service.

Royal Panorama Suite

At 269ft², and at the rear of the Diamond Deck, enjoy panoramic views of the breathtaking passing scenery through floor to ceiling windows across two walls of the cabin.

Royal Balcony Suite

These Suites on the Diamond Deck are the ultimate in luxury with more space (315ft²), impeccable service, thoughtful touches, an outdoor balcony, lounge area and an oversized bathroom.

Royal Owners Suite

These Suites on the Diamond Deck are the ultimate in luxury with more space (315ft²), impeccable service, thoughtful touches, an outdoor balcony, lounge area and an oversized bathroom.

Balcony Suite

Located on the Sapphire and Diamond Decks they feature a full-length outdoor balcony with the exclusive Sun Lounge system and are larger than the standard river cruise cabins on Europe’s rivers.

Junior Balcony Suite

These spacious Suites (250ft²), located on the Sapphire and Diamond Decks, have a private full-length balcony and elegant en-suite bathrooms featuring a large vanity basin, bathtub with shower above.

Single Balcony Suite

Single Balcony Suites are located on the Jewel Deck with large picture windows to ensure a great view. They have a spacious design and clever layout alongside all the usual luxurious amenities and furnishings.

Entertainment

Scenic strictly limit their guest and cabin numbers. Not out of pretension or pride, but because in their experience, they know their guests appreciate a real sense of space. In fact, the wonderful scenery gliding by is often the only reminder you have that you’re actually on a ship.

Panorama Lounge & Bar

Explore our extensive wine list, relax with a coffee or catch-up with new-found friends at the Panorama Lounge & Bar. This is the main bar lounge on-board our Space-Ships, and it’s tastefully furnished to guarantee your comfort and enjoyment.

The Sun Deck

Make the most of every ray of sunshine with our purpose-built Sun Deck. Complete with deck chairs and a games area, this is a place to kick back and enjoy the view as your Space-Ship travels to its next destination.

Wheelhouse

The Wheelhouse is where our trained crew pilot and navigate your Space-Ship, negotiating France’s beloved waterways with the utmost care and precision. Feel free to stop by and find out what goes on behind the scenes.

Reception

A warm welcome awaits at your reception area, which you’ll find in the central atrium on board our Space-Ships. Our crew are on hand 24 hours a day to help with whatever you need, while the area also doubles as the meeting point for the day’s shore excursions.

Our Gallery spaces are dedicated to showcasing works by local artists, so you feel connected to people and place in every destination. We believe little touches like this are what make our European river cruises so special.

Dining

Aboard a Scenic Tours river cruise, you have a wonderfully diverse range of dining options to choose from; the informal all-day River Café, the intimacy of Portobellos Italian Restaurant, the elegance of the Crystal Dining Restaurant, the English tradition of high tea on the Riverview Terrace, and the exclusive Table La Rive for Diamond Deck, Junior and Royal Suite guests. Refined to relaxed, al fresco to intimate, you truly are spoilt for choice.

While you’re onboard, all cocktails, spirits, beer and wine, are available with their compliments at any time. The only exceptions are a very small number of rare, fine and vintage wines, champagnes and spirits. Lunch and dinner are always accompanied by cocktails, a wide choice of wines, beer, soft drinks, tea and coffee.

This intimate affair is the ultimate treat for your palate.

Royal and Junior suite guests as well as Diamond Deck guests are invited, by our Executive Chef, to join Table La Rive for an evening of sumptuous dégustation.

Riverview Terrace
